The signing of this enrolment agreement form indicates that you will abide by the policies of this service, and understand how you can have input to policy review. Policies available to read at reception upon request.
HELPFUL HINTS
Please remember to bring a physical copy of your child’s immunisations and birth certificate.
ECE HOURS
20 ECE hours is for up to six hours per day, up to 20 hours per week.

Please remember to pack a hat and cover your child in sunblock.
CLOSURES:
Above and Beyond is NOT open on the following public holidays: Good Friday, Christmas Day and ANZAC Day.
WE ARE NUT FREE
We do not provide the following raw foods due to choking hazards:
APPLE, CARROT & GRAPES
ENROLMENT:
An enrolment fee applies. Please see individual centre fee structures.
Your child must attend for the hours s/he is enrolled.Charges will be added for anytime outside these hours.
Two weeks notice is required when canceling your child’s enrolment. Failure to do so will render you liable for payment of two weeks fees.
Where possible, Above and Beyond will give two weeks notice of any change to enrolments. We reserve the right to add, amend or change terms, conditions or policies by issuing notices, newsletter or displaying on electronic notice devices.
MEDICATION:
If your child needs ongoing medication or needs some for a specific time, just let the staff know and they will give you a form to fill in so that we can ensure your child gets the right amount at the right time.
HELPFUL HINTS
Please leave toys at home. If centre toys happen to sneak home please return.
FEES:
Statutory holidays and annual leave (4 weeks per year) will be charged at 50% of your normal fee. Annual leave must be advised, giving a minimum of two weeks notice, otherwise full changes will apply.
HELPFUL HINTS
We can celebrate your child’s birthdays, but we have a NO cake policy.
ABSENT / ILLNESS:
If your child is going to be absent (for sickness or otherwise), then you must phone/e-mail Above and Beyond or complete the absent form online prior to your child’s enrolled start time. Normal fees apply as the centre is staffed according to the child’s enrollment.
If your child is not feeling well at the centre we will give you a call and let you know so you can come and collect them. If they have had diarrhea or vomiting we ask that you keep them at home for 48 hours. If there is a medical emergency involving your child staff will ensure they are well looked after. Any medical professional required will be contacted at the expense of the parent.
VISITS:
We recommend 2-3 visits prior to your child’s start date. Visits are best between 9:30-10:30am or 2:30-3:30pm.
